Butterfly Chair By Autoban for De La Espada
Taking inspiration from the wings of a butterfly, this chair works as a desk or dinner table chair, and has also now been translated into a bar stool. Butterfly had its provenance in the Autoban studio’s design of 208 Duecento Otto restaurant in Hong Kong, for which they needed a bespoke seat with a contemporary Asian spirit.
The slightly winged backrest of Butterfly wraps around this chair as the wings of a butterfly while generating maximum comfort for the sitter.
