Ergonomics was an essential consideration for Wegner in all his designs. The excellent back support and the handwoven seat in paper cord, all incorporated in a timeless design, make CH46 comfortable and suitable for the dining room and home office.

Materials
Carl Hansen & Søn use premium quality timber for all their furniture:
the design of the piece dictates which species of timbers are available.
Note on finishes
Oak has a visible wood structure when painted, and is only available in Black.
Beech has minimal structure when painted and is available in colours selected by Carl Hansen & Søn.
As a natural material, timber may vary in tone and pattern even within the same log.
