Lampe Gras N°201 Architect Clamp Lamp by La Lampe Gras
In 1921 Bernard-Albin GRAS designed a series of lamps for use in offices & industrial environments. The functional aesthetic of these lamps and especially the design of details such as those of the arms, stems, brackets and bases were truly original and far ahead of their time.
The whole family of Lampe Gras lamps are timeless icons of the 20th century.
Architects were the first to be bowled over by this particular lamp model for use in their offices.
*Please note the clamp will not fit desktops more than 3.5 centimetres thick.
All Lampe GRAS (except for N° 207) can take 2 shapes of shade, in 13 different finishes (of which 6 of copper and 1 frosted glass). Please note that Raw Copper shades will patinate over time.
