Taccia by Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni for Flos
Table or floor lamp from 1962 providing indirect and reflected light. The base is a fluted column of aluminium and a shade that can be easily rotated.
Taccia White is the 2023 interpretation of this contemporary classic: the monochromatic, matte version of the lamp enhances its silhouette and honours the pure expression of its functionality.
Thanks to the use of a cutting-edge LED light source, with very high efficiency and color rendering index, but reduced heat emission, Flos has finally been able to manufacture Taccia with a transparent plastic diffuser that is accurately faithful to the original concept.
